• High season is from the 1st of July untill  the 9th September and from the 23th of December-5 until thec_bbd588 or January. The rest of the year we have low season prices;

• Children 0-3 years old +5 euros per night ( Child cot and chair included in the price);

• Children from 4 years old + 10 euros per night;

• High season minimum of 4 nights;

• Cleaning costs 25 euros per stay;

• We ask a downpayment of 30% and a month before arrival the rest of the amount;

• Prices are incl. taxes,sheets, towels, water and electricity. Airconditioning for your own account 0.25 eurocents per KW;

• Check in from 15h and check out before 12h.

• Untill 56 days before arrival you pay the downpayment (30% from the total);

• 56 untill 31 days before arrival 50% from the total;

• 31 days before arrival you pay the total bill.
